Things you should know before your session:

As a mobile pilates studio, it's crucial that you are able to meet the parking and travel requirements and are aware of the cancellation policy. 

The Parking and Travel Policy outlines the requirements for Synergy Pilates Nashville’s mobile studio. Due to the size of the trailer (18 ft long x 8.5 feet wide), ample space is necessary to park and provide classes. Driveway or street parking is required. If this space is not available, Carly can work with the client to come up with an alternative solution.

Every new client is required to submit a client intake form prior to their first session. This gives the instructor an idea of any injuries and limitations as well as client goals and expectations. All client intake forms will remain confidential.
